Discounts will not be applicable during the Full Moon dates in December and January or during Christmas Week (18th Dec to 2nd Jan 2027).
Cancellation Policy
- 90% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to the schedule arrival date.
- 60% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- No Refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- In case of any change in check-in date, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
- In case of existing room Category is downgraded, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
- Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- GST shall be charged as applicable.
- In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).

To reach Rann Utsav–The Tent City, you first need to arrive at Bhuj, which is well-connected by rail and air. From Bhuj, complimentary AC coach transfers are provided to Tent City at scheduled times from both Bhuj Railway Station and Bhuj Airport. These transfers are part of your package, so it’s recommended to coordinate your arrival with the transfer timings at the time of booking for a smooth and hassle-free journey.
We offer different types of adventure activities like Rope Course, Rock Climbing, Pendulum Swing, Rappelling, Zipline, and paramotoring for adventure enthusiasts. These activities are available on a chargeable basis at Rann Utsav-The Tent City only.
The Rann of Kutch Festival (Rann Utsav) 2026–27 at the White Rann Tent City in Dhordo, Gujarat, is scheduled to run from 23 October 2026 to 4 March 2027. This is the official season when the festival, cultural activities, and tent city experiences take place each year.
Rann Utsav – The Tent City offers options from Deluxe Tents to Darbari and Rajwadi Suites, each well-equipped with elegant interiors and essential amenities. Guests can enjoy local and multi-cuisine dining, explore nearby places like White Rann and shop at vibrant cultural markets — all while staying in comfort and style.
The ideal way to experience Rann Utsav is through the 3 Nights / 4 Days package, which gives you ample time to explore and unwind. This itinerary typically includes visits to iconic sites like the White Rann at sunset and sunrise, Kala Dungar, Mandvi Beach, Vijay Vilas Palace and more. Guests can immerse themselves in evening folk performances, explore craft bazaars, and enjoy wellness sessions. The package also covers all meals, transfers from Bhuj, and curated desert activities, offering exceptional value and a well-rounded cultural journey through the heart of Kutch.
