Booking Confirmation:

When you make a booking for the Rann Utsav Tent City through Company Name, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your booking. This confirmation email will contain all the details of your booking, including the check-in and check-out dates, the total price of your stay, and any additional services you have requested.

Payment:

To secure your booking, you will be required to pay a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be stated in the booking confirmation email. The balance payment will be due upon check-in at Rann Utsav Tent CIty.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 90% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to the schedule arrival date.
  • 60% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • No Refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Modification Policy:

Date changes can be made for a charge of Rs. 750/- per guest (18% GST extra), subject to availability and/or any rate difference. Name changes will be treated as cancellations only.

Damage and Cleaning Fees:

Any damage caused to the Tent City property during your stay will be charged to your account. Additionally, if excessive cleaning is required after your stay, a cleaning fee will also be charged to your account.

Additional Services:

If you require any additional services, such as transportation or activities, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to arrange these for you.

Liability:

Rann Utsav Tent City, Company Name, and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property while on the premises. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions and to ensure that their property is secure at all times.

Note:

Please note that Company Name is only a service partner for booking the Rann Utsav Tent City. The actual management and operation of the property are handled by the management of Rann Utsav Tent City. By making a booking through Arihant Tours, you agree to these Booking Policies. Note that the organizer reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.
